Josh Hicks comes to PCTSM from the City of Davenport where he was the Parks Superintendent. He had been with PCTSM for the previous decade.

Overseeing corporate partnerships and assisting with the overall event experience, Josh seeks to increase the return on investment for event organizers through partnerships.
