Alex Dry is a dynamic sports management professional with a strong background in business and sports event coordination. A proud graduate of Florida State University (Go Noles!) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Economics, Alex continued his education at Florida Southern College (Go Mocs!), where he earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Esports Management.

With experience spanning multiple sectors of the sports industry, Alex has held roles with the Florida State University Baseball program, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Perfect Game Baseball, IMG Academy, and several other prominent sports organizations. These experiences brought him to his current role where he serves as the Senior Sales and Events Supervisor at Visit Central Florida Sports.

A Winter Haven native, Alex returned to Polk County to apply his extensive experience in sports management to benefit his hometown. In his current role, he oversees the recruitment and service of baseball and softball events that generate tourism for the region. With more than 100 baseball and softball events held annually throughout Polk County, Alex is passionate about seeing the positive impact these events have on the local community.

Alex and his wife, Ellie, are excited to raise their son, Charlie, and their pup, Bodie, surrounded by family, friends, and the supportive community in Polk County.
