As the Senior Sales & Events Manager for Visit Central Florida Sports (VCFS), Neal is responsible for overseeing the Sports Marketing efforts of organization, which includes sports events recruiting and promotion, and assisting in sports facility development. Neal also oversees the sponsorship and community development department that creates significant cost reduction for VCFS. This includes all corporate sponsorship sales, fulfillment and production of radio and TV shows.

Neal has more than two decades of sports, special events and corporate sponsorship experience. He is actively involved in his local community, serving in numerous leadership positions.

A graduate of Indiana State University, Neal is happily married and enjoys time with their children and grandchildren.
