As the Director of Visit Central Florida and Visit Central Florida Sports, Neal oversees an award winning program that promotes tourism, sports and economic development in Central Florida’s Polk County.

Neal has more than two decades of sports, special events and corporate sponsorship experience. He is actively involved in his local community, serving in numerous leadership positions. A graduate of Indiana State University, Neal is happily married and enjoys time with their children and grandchildren.
