AAU Taekwondo Elite Training Camp

An AAU Taekwondo event hosted at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Day 1 – Friday, April 30th – 1 PM to 8 PM

• 1 PM – 4 PM – Check-In, Camp Overview, General Training and Athlete Evaluations (No Spectators)
• 6 PM – 8 PM – Sport Specific Taekwondo Skills & Drills

Day 2 – Saturday, May 1st – 8 AM to 5:30 PM

• 8 AM – 9 AM – Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning
• 11 AM – 1 PM – KPNP Sparring & Strategy/Tactics
• 4 PM – 5:30 PM – Tactics, Match Management & Much More

Day 3 – Sunday, May 2nd – 9 AM to 11 AM

• 9 AM – 10:30 AM – Taekwondo Training & KPNP Sparring
• 10:30 AM – 11 AM – Closing Remarks
